Rent of Jars and BHA Elements
"BURINTEKH", Ltd has a possibility to rent jars for drilling and workover, and also rent BHA parts of domestic manufacture. "BURINTEKH", Ltd developed the manufacture of drilling and maintenance jars. Maintenance jars are produced with code: YaGR-82, YaGR-95, YaGR-105 with right and left versions. Drilling jars are produced with code: YaGB-`05, YaGB-114, YaGB-124, YaGB-172, YaGB-195 with right and left versions. Besides there is the developed production of absolutely new technique - torsional jar "SHOCK TURN". Designs of all produces jars are protected by the Russian Federation patents.
Hydraulic Jars

Advantages of hydraulic jars:
- High power supply capacity of jars;
- Compactability of jar, as the quantity of body threaded connections which were under extreme load action was decreased. There was made a single body thread between body and bottom substitute;
- Ability of transportation on pickup and helicopter;
- Hydraulic cylinder is placed inside the body and off-loaded form extreme load action, arising during jar performance;
- Jar design allows realizing quick unit repair by means of changing hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic repairing jars of right and left versions are purposed for releasing stuck downhole equipment by striking directed upwards in combination with static axial tensile load and static torsion torque at the expense of energy of axial elasticity of work string designs of all producing jars are protected by foreign and Russian patents.

Hydraulic Torsional Jars "SHOCK TURN"
|
Hydraulic torsional jars "SHOCK TURN" of right and left versions are purposed for releasing stuck downhole equipment by torsional and axial strikes. There are produced different types of combinations of torsional and axial strikes.
BHA Elements:
Applied BHA elements are noted for high level of wear endurance and flexibility in choice of standard size of products - the configuration and size of elements can be produced in accordance with all demands of customers.
There are few modifications of calibrators:
1) For rocks with I-III category of hardness - "ST" - equipped only with hard-alloy teeth;
2) For rocks with III-IV category of hardness - "STK" - equipped with hard-alloy teeth and carbide inserts with impregnated single-point diamonds.
3) For rocks with V-VI category of hardness - "TK" - equipped only with carbide inserts with impregnated single-point diamonds.
Calibrators "KLC" are produced with left-handed spiral.
