The set of technical tools for excision of the "window" in the casing strings FKO
The set of technical tools is purposed for excision of "the window" in the casing strings and to drill sidetrack per one run. Rotator of a drill rig is used as a gear. The set consists of: 1. Mechanical anchor is purposed to fasten the choke-deflector in an operating casinf string. The anchor structure allows, if necesarry, to pull up the choke-deflector from the well. The anchor is a many-functional tool and can be applied in two different sizes of casing strings. 2. The choke-deflector is purposed to provide the necessary deflection of cutting tools from the axle of the main borehole shaft whilst excising “the window” in the operating casing string. 3. "Window"-mill is purposed to cut out "window" in a casing string and to sidetrack. 4. Bottom mill-reamer is purposed to reamer sides of "the cut window". 5. Flexible stub is purposed to add flexibility to the assembling of the mills. 6. Upper mill-reamer is purposed to reaamer and calibrate sides of "the cut window". 7. Conductor is purposed for joiningto the casing string. 8. Shear pin is purposed to connect the FKO to the choke-deflector. 7. Pulling hook is purposed to pull choke-deflector and anchor out of a borehole.
