This tools are purposed to cut out the part of the casing or tubing string in a borehole for the further extraction up to the surface during repairing processes. The blades expand into the operating position under pressure drop in the tubing cutter case. Device is supplied with interchangeable blades, easy demountable in drilling conditions. The blades are reinforced with high-quality composite alloy. At a client's request ready to supply an instrument with another sizes, different from the data, given in the table.
