Milling tool

	Section mills FKR Purpose: cutting of casing string area at full diameter at any interval of the borehole. Blades of mills expand to the operating position under pressure drop in a section mill body. Distinctive feature: signalling system indicating full opening of blades, a back valve to prevent the stopping-up of the tool with bit cuttings. Mills are supplied with interchangeable blades, easily replaceable in drilling conditions. The blades are reinforced with high-quality compound alloy. At a client's request ready to supply an instrument with another sizes, different from the data, given in the table.
	Bottom hole mills Purpose: breaking down metal objects and cement stones along borehole section while reconditioning maintenance. According to specific conditions to arise in boreholes bottom hole milling cutters are subdivided into types: FZ1 - typped one [are purposed to destruct any settlement, cement, metal pieces of pipes and thin-walled casing tubing strings); FZ2, FZV2, FZK2 - matrix one (reinforced with hard alloy grits) are purposed to destruct big and solid objects and structures); FZE - equipped with hard alloy plates - are purposed to mill light alloy drilling tubes). 	Magnetic catch mills Magnetic catch mills are intended for milling and extraction of fine metal subjects having ferromagnetic properties, taking place during bottomhole process of a borehole. Are subdivided into types: FM - magnetic catch mill, FMZ - equipped with mechanic catcher. 	Taper string mills Are purposed to handle tubes having ellipse form (for reconstruction the inner diameter), to dismill squeezed tubes whilst repairing boreholes, to smooth the inside surface's imperfection of casing strings, to refine "the window" in the casing string. Are subdivided into types: FKK2 - matrix one (reinforced with hard alloy grits), taper reamer-mill (RK2). RK2 - distinct from FKK2 in the angle of the cone incline (the angle RK-5 degrees, the angle FKK - 10 degrees). 	Shoe-type washover mills There are 2 types there of: FK1 - tipped shoe-type washover ones (are purposed to use while working with slurry, rock and cement including sometimes individual metal parts). FK2 - matrix, reinforced with hard alloy grits, have massive cutting tip, are purposed for working in heavier conditions with big metal parts, can be made with or without cutters. FK2Cp - tipped matrix ones, reinforced with hard-alloyed grit and tips - are purposed for milling caught-on drilling pipes and tubings, as well as pumping rods. Upon customer's request can supply tools of other sizes, different from the given table.
