		Drilling tool development Centre The staff of this department is highly skilled specialists with long-term experience of scientific and project work on highly ef­ficient tools concerning boreholes drilling and major overhaul. The computer projecting programms let us make a calculation of the forces, acting on each cutter, and forecast the drilling bits resistance. The modern projecting technology reduces the disbalance of the forces, thus minimize vibration and wear of drilling bits. One of our latest achievment in this sphere is the development of the technology of modelling the range of drilling bits for inclined, flat and horizontal well-boring with guided assembling.
		Drilling fluids laboratory The drilling fluid laboratory is founded 2005 and is equipped with the most contemporary equipment for making analyses of drilling fluids in accordance with international standards OFITE [production USA), necessary equipment and instruments as well to fulfill research works. SPE "Burintekh" is able to supply with experienced engineers, fully equipped laboratories. Drilling fluids of own patented formula are used for wells of different shape, including lateral.
		The laboratory of non-destructive methods of inspection (NDI) and technical diagnostics (TD) The high level of the equipment of the NDI and TD Laboratory induces the company "Burintekh" to raise the level of production quality as well. The tasks that are standing before the laboratory:      - to confirm the correspondence of materials and half stuffs to the given technical demands;      - to search and disclosure the defects of the production on a preparatory stage, as well as, during the manufacturing;      - to make a diagnostic inspection of the production that was already put into exploitation. To solve the given tasks we use in the laboratory such kinds of method as: acoustic, magnetic, eddy currents method, by penetrating materials, and as well optic-emissive method of metals and alloys chemical analysis. For realizing these methods our company uses modern home and foreign equipment of companies that are the leaders in the instrument-making industry.
		The production basis The production basis of our company is supplied with the up-to-date equipment for the full cycle of the manufacturing of different instruments for drilling and oil-and-gas companies. SPE "BURINTEKH" possesses the unique technology of the sol­dering processes and the protection of the cutting elements. The technologists of our company are armed with modern CAM-programms that let to perform efficiently technological sides of the production.
